If you want to categorize your customers and vendors in groups, then with this option, you can easily divide them in individual groups. For example, you want to categorize customers as normal customers, premium customers or business class customers, then this option help you do this. If we talk about vendors, then for example, if you wish to categorize vendors as vendors who provide raw materials, vendors who provide packaging material and so on, then with this option you can do it.

New Group

To create a new group, click on “New Group” option available in the left hand panel. (Go to More section, here your get customer/group option in Administration section. Click on this and you will get the customer/vendor group page)

When you click on this option, a new page comes on your screen that facilitates you to create a new group. For this, you just need to enter the name of the group and select the type of group you want to create. Means you want to create customer group or vendor group.

After you enter both the details, click on:-

Save button– To save the new group in ERP

Save & New button– To save the new group and again create a new group after saving

Cancel button– To cancel and exit from the group page
